My Kitchen experiences PART FIVE - zucchini fries versus cod fish topped with a herbal cheesy crust

We all have those moments, when weekends are around the corner, we open our fridge and realize it's time to go food shopping.

BUT

Have a look at these few ingredients stimulating my creativity:

2 zucchinis
2 tomatoes
2 small onions
1 clove of garlic
1 cod fish fillet
50 grams of emmental cheese
25 grams of parmesan cheese
A handful of pine nuts
1 tablespoon of rosemary
1 tablespoon of thyme
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar

STEP ONE:

Cut the zucchini into small strips.

STEP TWO:

Chop the tomatoes, the onions and garlic and add to the zucchini fries.

Touch up with the rosemary, thyme and pine nuts.

Pour the olive oil and white wine vinegar through the vegetables.

STEP THREE:

Put the cod fish fillet on the vegetables and top with a parmesan/emmental blend.

Add some extra rosemary, thyme and pine nuts to taste those typical herbals flavours.

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes to 180 degrees.

Then put the casserole into the oven for 30 minutes.

STEP FOUR:

Enjoy your meal.
