My Kitchen experiences - PART FOUR - chickpea salad with avocado, feta, nori

This is my creation and it turned out to be a healthy, fresh tasting salad.



 You need:

100 grams of chickpeas
100 grams of feta cheese
1 nori sheet
1 small avocado
1 small chopped onion
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Turmeric
Black pepper





Pour the chickpeas into a bowl.

Crush the feta and nori sheet and mix it with the chickpeas.

Chop a small onion. Scoop out the avocado flesh and add both to the mixture.

Take a cup and blend 2 tablespoons of vinegar with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Touch up with some turmeric and black pepper.


Enjoy your meal!
