My Kitchen experiences PART EIGHT - Ricotta-parmesan cream with vegetables, olives and pine nuts

Yesterday I introduced my tomato-oatmeal bread and now I'm back with a perfect topping.

If you love cheese, then this is a winner.


Basically all you need, are the following ingredients:

250 grams of ricotta cheese
50 grams of parmesan cheese
1 tomato
A half of a cucumber
A handful of pine nuts
A handful of black olives ( without stones)
Rosemary
Thyme


STEP ONE:

Blend the ricotta and parmesan cheese. Add some rosemary and thyme.






STEP TWO:

Cut the tomato and cucumber into small cubes and add to the cheese mix.


STEP THREE

Put the mix in an oven casserole, add the pine nuts and black olives.






STEP FOUR

Put this into the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes


STEP FIVE

Enjoy your meal. Feel the taste of southern countries attacking your taste buds.






Serve with tomato-oatmeal bread, it's a heavenly combo.
