My Kitchen experiences PART TEN - MASHED POTATOES, ZUCCHINI AND HALLOUMI

This recipe could be described as the undefeatable number one in combinations of flavours.

I admit, potatoes might have a bad reputation. So do the bad guys, but haven't you got married to one of them?
Some diet gurus don't allow them at all, but HEY cursing isn't allowed either.

So relax.
It's not going to kill you if you eat it in moderation and exercise on a regular basis.

Never tried this before but my first thought was: I've hit a winner:

the salty flavours of halloumi,
combined with zucchini and perfect tasting potatoes.....Rrrrrrr.

Let's get it started.

You need:

3 potatoes
1 small zucchini
1 slice of halloumi
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper


STEP ONE:

Cook the potatoes and zucchini.

STEP TWO:

Mash the potatoes with half of the zucchini, they blend perfectly. Chop the rest of the zucchini into cubes.
Add some salt and pepper.

STEP THREE:

Grill the halloumi ( or you can bake it using some extra olive oil)

STEP FOUR:

Use your imagination and be creative putting it on a plate ( you can beat me, that's for sure)





Enjoy your meal.
